Dispatch Times

Each piece is made by hand in Robyn’s London workshop, so please allow up to 10 days for dispatch. If you need the item more quickly, please do get in touch at info@foldejewellery.com and we can discuss the currently stocked items or how to get the jewellery to you quickly. While every effort will be made to respond to you quickly, please allow 1-2 working days for a reply for any enquiries.

Shipping Domestic

Orders of £50 and above are eligible for free UK delivery. Below that, there is a £6.90 delivery charge per order. The jewellery will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For to ensure it reaches you safely, and will require a signature upon receipt. This service will be delivered the following working day after dispatch. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is one for which the parcel containing your new jewellery can be received and signed for. We are able to deliver to work addresses if this is more convenient.

Shipping International

Worldwide shipping is available for all pieces, please see shipping times and costs below. Please note that you will be required to pay any duties or taxes for import upon the arrival of the item(s).

Delivery in Europe

- Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For - Europe

- 5-25 working days after dispatch (due to Brexit customs delays)

- £10 per order

Worldwide delivery outside of Europe

- Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For - Worldwide

- 5-7 working days after dispatch

- £15 per order

Due to Brexit there have been delays at UK customs, and orders are taking longer than expected to reach their destination. Sadly this is out of our hands, and we are unable to accept responsibility for delayed parcels.
